I initiate this phase with two online questionnaires designed to gain insights into your brand, style, and your website vision. Following the completion of these questionnaires, we'll schedule a one-hour virtual strategy session to delve into your business and online presence aspirations.
During this meeting, we'll:
Review your business's branding and explore its application to the website.
Determine a web platform that is best suited for your business.
Discuss the functional requirements of the website.
Determine the necessary categories (pages), content (copy), and imagery.
Design a site map that will be used during the development phase.
In this phase, your responsibilities include providing your logo package, any branding guidelines, website content, and images.
If you require assistance with these tasks, alternative pricing options covering copywriting and image sourcing are available. Additionally, we can create branding, build brand guidelines from existing logo or expand on the current branding for your company for additional fees.

In Phase 2, I will utilize the branding, content, and images you've provided, in conjunction with the plans we discussed during our strategy session. This phase begins with the creation of three distinct website options tailored to your business. You'll have the opportunity to select one design, with the option for one round of revisions, before we move forward with developing your chosen concept.
Throughout the development phase, I will also conduct beta-testing to evaluate site usability and functionality. I will regularly seek your input and usage feedback to ensure the end result aligns perfectly with your business needs.

Phase 3 is the most exciting part of the process for my clients because it's when your website goes live!
During this phase, I take the following steps:Redirect existing URLs to the new host or make your new site publicly accessible.
We schedule a 1-2 hour virtual meeting with you within the first few days the site is live to provide hands-on guidance on how to maintain and update your website.
I offer two weeks of email support after the site has launched. This means you can reach out with any questions that may arise as you become familiar with your site's functionality and how to add or modify content.
If you prefer not to handle updates yourself, I can discuss setting up a monthly retainer tailored to your business's needs.
